• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Aftermarket badge for Telluride?

That looks like Dark Knight - very nice. Do you have a full view photo? Whole SUV I mean... Thanks.

I finally got around to installing my new Black Carbon badges on my Gravity Gray Telluride the other day. I also Plasti Dipped the Chrome Lettering and top and bottom of the front grill at the same time. Thoughts?

That looks really cool but can you take some pictures from a little further away? I'd like to see what it looks like from a distance. I'd appreciate it. Thanks

I was looking at the rebadge options and wanted the overlays so I didn’t have to mess with prying things off (Front, back, steering wheel). It kind of surprised me the overlays were $20 more than the set that has a full replacement of the front and back badges. I know they are described as thin metal skins so I’m kind of concerned about their durability. Also how well do they line up to the edges when applied?

I felt the same way but really wanted the black carbon to complete the black out look. I am not a person that is good with intricate work and I am not patient. I’m a bull in a china shop. But you would be surprised how easily they come off. The rear is very easy, has a little adhesive but comes right off. The front was harder, no adhesive it’s held on by some pins. But I just pried them off with a screwdriver. Broke the pins on the front one but that doesn’t matter. Also scratched the paint underneath the badge but that doesn’t show either.
Just letting you know you can do the replacement. I can’t speak to the overlays but I love the replacement I did

The metal skins are a perfect fit. If you buy them, line them up against your stock badges before you peel the backing off. If you're not satisfied, you can return the unused items for a refund.

The metal skins offer the convenience of an easy install and no need to remove your stock emblems - which is the reason they cost more. I don't set the prices and I have a minimum price that I'm allowed to sell them for - which is where we're at with our pricing...

Thanks Sal. Just ordered the 7-piece Vintage K skins set. Are they still slated to be in stock at the end of the month?

has anyone stepped up to do the video tutorial on removing the badges from both the front and the rear?

For goodness sake, I sure hope so. I have over 50 people waiting for these pieces now. It's becoming very stressful and it'll be a HUGE weight off of my shoulders as soon as I get the first batch in...
Do you have sets that everything is black carbon instead of just the grill and hatch badges? Also any pics of the Brenthon out there?
Unfortunately, there are no steering wheel emblems or wheel caps available anywhere that have the black carbon look...

No. My offer still stands!

My ETA is July 23rd. if you still don't have a video by the time I pick my ride up, I will do it. I already ordered the black carbon badges from you a few weeks back. I'll contact you once I take delivery

My dealer called me the other day and said a customer with a telluride coming in wants to replace the badges and wanted to know where to find them. Of course I pointed the dealer to the store connected to this forum. The dealer then asked who put them on for me and I said I easily did it myself. He was thinking I took it to a body shop. I suggested that he pass along my contact info and I'll walk the new telluride owner through the process. If that happens, I will video the owner do it as I walk through the steps.
