I have found 2 places that advertise 2021 Kia Telluride SX FRONT Lower Grille w/led DRL but in the fitment section it says it will only fit a SX model, is that a difference in the SX and the S model that would cause it not to fit a S model?

So I just ordered the fog light kit off ebay that mimics the oem lights. My question is can I just run the fog light power wire into the headlight power wire (pink wire) and ground the lights to the frame? Do I need to add an inline fuse or not? I don't want any extra switches inside the...
