I’m definitely concerned.
I already got a call back, was told I was one of the last customers of Murray Kia. When asked about pricing, was told “I want to say yes” that new management will honor the orders from before but he couldn’t make any promises.
I explained that we’ve been waiting months for this car, specifically this car at the terms, and with Murrays because they were honoring MSRP. I wouldn’t have put a deposit if it were not the case. If we get the car in September (month 10) and find out it’s 20% more than we agreed, it’s not only a terrible customer experience but a bait and switch.
