Order to delivery time

Damn. I got the exact same call today, wrong interior. Luckily I didn’t drive down but they need to get this sorted.

What does "dealer rebate" mean? No dealers seem to be giving debates in addition to the factory incentives.

Yes when I ordered the car on 3/21 I got $1000 off MSRP from the dealer and got it in writing. The dealer honored it when it was delivered.... He mentioned 1 month wait and when that did not happen I asked for a loaner car. He got me to extend my current lease and paid for it for the next 2 month. Over all great dealer experience. I would recommend Lupient Kia of MN

How did you order a SXP on june 15. All SXP orders have been stopped. Make sure your dealer is not pulling wool over your head

I hope things work out for you. Unfortunately, the “fix” is probably waiting a long period of time for them to get one allocated with your color combo.

I apologize - I should say, "The dealer took my deposit and told me he would submit the order as soon as he could".

So now ...with what we are willing to spend... we should "settle"? I don't understand that. I ordered what I wanted... I would expect the same...not some mistake made at the factory... Maybe someone might settle for "4 fingered" gloves or a pair of shoes...each of different colors?? It is just me I guess.:unsure:

I agree and wonder if the dealer just found a close match and not what you actually ordered to get you off their backs.

Down here ...Lower 48... My Dealer had a ton of EX and S...just not what I ordered. Waiting here as well... 3rd month and waiting... no VIN at all and called Irvine today and they could nott even figure on giving me any answers other than.... It is a much wanted model and sorry...
