Kia Connect Canada - Climate control gone

Hello,

I have a Telluride 2022 and I started using UVO during the winter and everything works fine (even with lag). At that time, I can customize what settings the climate control will be when I use engine start. Stop using it during spring and now it has updated to KIA Connect. I was planning to use the climate control to turn AC down but setting is gone, and when I press engine start everything is in winter mode - all hot.

Any idea where the climate control setting for engine start is? or did they remove it completely?
Or, is it a Kia Connect Canada problem? I understand Kia uses a different app for US and Canada in 2021.

You don’t see this button between the remote start and stop buttons?

I don't see that option, anywhere on the menu and I click all the settings. Even when I was on the Uvo app, the app doesn't look like that.

*I just check Kia connect website - myuvo.ca for me, and the feature is still there and my settings are there. The remote climate option is just not in the app. Weird... I emailed support and see what happens.

I have this same problem. Did you ever get a response from support?
