I just got the new Kia connect app updated for my Telluride and so far it's the worst app I've ever used. It's that bad! I left my trunk open to test out the app and when I launched the app it tells me the trunk is close and all doors are locked?? When I go to engine start or shut off the engine it now takes roughly 5 minutes of the app trying to work to make it happen. Why is this update so much worse than the previous version?

How did you get the app updated? I've been trying for a week to reach someone at Kia Connect. First they said they'd call me back. Then they put me on hold for 30 minutes before they finally disconnected me, now I just called and was told they're closed for training. In the meantime the hot weather is here, and I'd really like my climate controlled remote start back. Anyone have any luck with this?

It was just an update on my iPhone so it updated automatically.
