Quick question, we received the vin for our new telluride (which we ordered around 12/18/21) from the dealer and when we looked on KIA’s corporate website this morning we found our vehicle and matched the vin and it says it is “Arriving Soon” at our dealership. When we checked the KIA corporate website last night, it wasn’t listed at all but this morning it’s listed as “Arriving Soon”. My question is how long does it typically take for a vehicle to be delivered to the dealership/ready for pickup after it is listed as “Arriving Soon” on the KIA corporate website? Any insights?

Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. Your dealer has an ETA. They should provide that to you. If they don't, post your VIN in the track my vehicle thread and you can get an ETA and find out if it is in transit yet. "Arriving Soon" (so is ETA) is a squishy statement. A few days depending on how far away from the factory your dealer is.

Perhaps a bit of further explanation would be helpful here to the questioner. You can't actually look up a vehicle by VIN on Kia.com. But what you can do is search for local (by ZIP code and defined radius) inventory for whatever model you select. The website will show you a list of all the vehicles of that model purportedly at the dealers within, say, 50 miles of your location. At your option, the inventory list can include all vehicles "Arriving Soon" at these dealers. Each entry on the list has a substantial amount of information about the vehicle shown, include the VIN, trim, colors, MSRP, and a link to the sticker.
