• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... The last two times I’ve filled up I’ve had trouble getting the fuel to start pumping and to keep it going. I need to adjust the gas nozzle and hold it at half speed. Both times was at Costco but different pumps. Anybody else have this happen? Thanks in advance.

Try a different station all together. Do you fill up and stop when it clicks? Or fill it up to the nearest dollar?

Until it clicks. I only had a half tank. I never overfill.
Okay that is good practice. I would try another gas station first. If it happens there to then something with the evap is bad/clogged.

Thanks. My dad taught me that a longtime ago. Drives me crazy when I hear people do that. I will try another place next. 😊

hopefully it’s just the nozzle and nothing with the evap or filler neck. Either way it will be covered under warranty.

I’m taking a road-trip from Knoxville to Austin. Needed to fill up and picked a Love’s gas station and had no problem. Will try a different Costco at the next fill up and see how it goes.

According to the car, I’m averaging 28.5 mostly 75-80 mph. Haven’t calculated it myself.

Thats good news

Happened to me a handful of times at Costco. From my understanding, it's their eco friendly gas nozzles.

Some gas nozzles at certain stations are more sensitive than others. The more you hold it sideways should help with the premature stopping.

I have not noticed this being an issue with the Telluride at multiple gas stations I’ve been to.

Thanks. I’ll try that next time at Costco
