• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Hi all, I’m a new owner of a 2022 Telluride EX AWD in everlasting silver. Love it so far. Anyone notice after driving how hot the hood and front quarter panels get? Wow! Car still shows that it’s not overheating. Stays hot for a while. Anyone notice this? Wondering if it’s normal or not.

I never touch the hood and front panels of any car after driving. Should be safe to touch after about 30 minutes as long as it isn’t super sunny where you park it.

Welcome aboard! And thank you for signing up. I'm glad you found us! Just letting you know that I've moved this topic out of the community lounge and into the Telluride forum. :)
