New to this forum. I have a 2020 (bought new) with the tow package and auto level system. Several months ago noticed rattle in rear and very stiff ride. Brought to dealer and noise was minimized but was told ride was normal. Had to go back a second time and again told ride was normal. No way. I am bouncing on highway use. Does anyone else have this issue ?? And what was your recourse. Cant drive like this. Thanx in advance.

Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum.
