Order to delivery time

Had an interesting conversation with my dealer regarding orders today. I ordered grey sx awd with black interior jun 5. He said it now has an eta of “September” in the system. However they were on a conference call yesterday with corporate and all orders now have an estimate in the system. Also, AWDs will be prioritized. His best guess is late October due to this. Then again, he might be trying to get me to buy a white fwd he has coming in next week. Anyone else heard this?

I orderd my grey sx with gray interior FWD on same day as you. My order was accepted last week. No VIN yet. My dealer has not given me any other info. I think I call them after reading your post though.

I think we ordered around the same time with similar specs. I got my VIN on Monday (even though I have issues there) I would guess you should have yours soon too.

I am in week 16 on a moss green prestige dune no tow and dealer has no info. They told me to call Kia direct as another customer did that and their Telluride "magically" showed up. I called and was told at first they could do nothing for me. After I ripped them for that comment they said I would get a call back later today. That has not happened. All I got for my efforts is that I now have a "case number" for whatever that is worth. Anyone else want to try that route can call Kia customer relations at 800-333-4542. Have your order date or order number handy. Good luck...

Picking mine up today. Ordered on May, 7th. However, mine is due to arrive on August 16th. But another order came in and the customer isn't ready to pick it up as he's buying a house. Dealer called and asked if I wanted it. I went and drove it yesterday and am taking delivery today. Very excited.
