• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Does anyone know where I can get a rear black emblem for a 2023? Not the overlay. The actual black emblem

Here is mine from VIP. I got the silver letters and added black vinyl overlays to get that trimmed look. This is on a 24 x-line Telly btw.

That looks sick! Do you know how well the overlays hold up - especially when they only cover the tops of the emblems? I was looking at replacing them with the actual emblems instead of overlays but .. Wow, is that really what it costs just to blackout the emblems? If I want the front and rear Telluride nameplates and Kia emblems it's almost $700? I think I'll be headed this overlay route

Overlays can last a decade or longer. Some folks don't like the thin silver edge from an overlay and get a replacement emblem but I think it makes it look very distinct.

Agreed, I think the silver outline looks nice especially on the dark colors with the black grill. Keeps a bit of contrast.

Depending on the model year, I can get vinyl overlays, ABS plastic overlays, and actual painted OEM emblems. I ship out of Florida. If anyone is interested, let me know.

I’d be interested. Few questions:

1. Do you have pics or a site with details I can check out?
2. What’s the price?
3. Do you have both the front and back nameplates and emblems?
4. What colors and finishes? Gloss or matte?

What year is your Telluride? I have front and rear TELLURIDE lettering as well as the KIA lettering and I may still have a few of the other lettering items. I have glossy black and matte black. The KIA vinyl overlays are $8.00 each, the KIA steering wheel piece is $5.00, the TELLURIDE lettering, SX, V6, AWD are $18.00 each. As far as I know those are the lowest prices available and use the highest quality vinyl I'm aware of, of all the products available online.

Details:
High quality calendared vinyl with a rating of up to 5 years. The machine that produced these vinyl overlays has a tolerance that is a fraction of a millimeter. "A fraction of a millimeter". This means that every overlay created in the size that is required for your emblems is virtually identical to a fraction of a millimeter.

Are these decals safe in car washes? Yes. These vinyl decals are made of the same material used on the exterior of car windows and other vehicle decals. When properly installed per the included instructions, there should be no reason for them to come off in a car wash. Like any exterior decal, you should allow the vinyl to cure and fully bond to the surface before washing the vehicle. If using a pressure washer to clean your vehicle, avoid directly power washing over the decals to reduce the likelihood of causing damage to the decal.

I don't have pictures of the newer TELLURIDE lettering, but I have those decals as well...

Telly is a 2024 SX Prestige X-Line. I’d be interested in two new KIA emblems, and the new font front and back Telluride lettering. All in matte black.

You mentioned the Awd etc, do you have anything for the X-Line badge?

Sorry, I don't have anything for the X-Line badge... Your Telluride has the TELLURIDE lettering on the front?

No, but I’ll likely be adding it on. VIP Accessories has some new style lettering for the 23-24 front.
Okay, if you want the overlays, front KIA, rear KIA, front TELLURIDE, rear TELLURIDE, let me know and I'll send you a direct message to get started.

Hey, I have a 2024 SX Prestige and have the glossy black vinyl overlays for the Front/Rear emblems, but VIP Accessories is out of the vinyl overlays for the rear hatch lettering. Do you have the lettering overlays? Like these: 1716527543733.webp

Can someone please confirm that the install of this decal is incorrect? I have had it done by a shop twice and they insist they are doing it with the template (even showing me) but the template they have is cut in two pieces between the U & R. What is the proper way to apply? Its a 2024 Telluride.IMG_0351.webp

SOME of the templates DO look like that (probably aftermarket lettering) - but that is not a good excuse for the body shop to install them that way, in my opinion. I think any sensible emblem installer would notice this right away and space the right side template a little further away from the left side template.

Its been discovered that KIA no longer supplies a one sheet template when ordering this product, just the lettering. Therefore they thought the letter holder was the actual template... (n) but you are right, anyone who does this consistently for a living should notice the error. I work in graphic design so I immediately noticed.

That's a shame - but where did you hear that? Sounds odd. But I guess a professional installer doesn't really need the template...

Before I would constantly be reminded of the spacing difference, I'd apply some heat and remove all of them.
