New to the forum. We have a 21 Telluride EX Nightfall. We love it!
A while ago we lost use of the radio. Dealer suggested a new radio for $600. Trying a system update first…..
Wondering if anyone has had this issue before??

You mean the entire thing doesn’t work, or you’ve just lost AM/FM/SXM?

If it’s the radio functionality only, that’s a bug in the fall 2022 navigation system update. It was fixed with a re-release of that version in Feb 2023 and in all subsequent versions. All you need to do is download and install the currently available version.
