Order to delivery time

It has now been 9 weeks, and no indication from Kia that my order has been picked up. I’m giving them 2 more weeks (mostly because that’s the next day I have off work), and then I’m headed to my Hyundai dealership and picking up one of the Palisade they already have on their lot. I can’t for the life of me figure out why Kia is having so many production issues, while Hyundai is able to meet demand while still shipping cars from Korea.

Not sure Hyundai ISN'T having that issue. The Hyundai dealer in my town had only ONE and sold it and none showed back up on their lot... I just received my Black on Black SXP/AWD/Tow the other day...almost 4 months to the day. Issues were with the napa leather and some other items from secondary suppliers... My dealer had a butt load of S, LX and EX...just not the SXP. SUpply is there...the issue is what level of the model that you want. So...if you want the Palisade...go get it...that will leave a T-Ride for another person who will want "your" car. Enjoy.

It is just a nice car that is worth the wait. Took me from April 5 to last Friday but the Moss Green with Dune SX Prestige is sweet. When I was picking it up and going over the car 6 different groups of people came by asking to see the inside. My dealer, Bridgewater Kia in NJ was very fair with me and did not try to play any games. They could have sold it for more they told me as they got 6 calls offering more during the half day it appeared on their online inventory website. Since the Telly launch this was only the third Prestige my dealer was able to get and the first with this color combo. I have been as frustrated as the rest of you but hang in and don't go for the Palisade.

Wow and I thought my 96 days was long. Your to be commended for the wait. Hope it comes in early for you

Hi, do you mind posting some photos of the dune interior with the moss green exterior? I was able to see one in person, but that was so long ago, I'm just trying to get a feel for the actual color of the leather. The dune brown has black headliner, correct?

The Moss Green changes from green to brown with the light as you can see in the pics above. The Dune interior is a dirty beige which really works well with the exterior color. I can tell you that you will not have trouble finding this car in a parking lot as the color really stands out ( in a good way) amongst the sea of white, black, and silver.

Ordered SX FWD Snow White Pearl with Butterscotch interior on July 29th in Houston. No updates as of yet, but happy to wait on such an awesome vehicle!
 
I ordered my SX-P on 6/24. Just was given the VIN and EDD of 9/1 and was so excited. I checked the window sticker and the dealer didn’t order the prestige despite the fact that I confirmed multiple times. They charged us extra for ebony paint though. Now I have to decide to accept the order without prestige or wait again. My lease is up so I’ll be without a car. I’m so angry right now. Maybe I’ll end up with the Mazda CX-9 afterall - this has been nothing but a headache.
