• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... We got our white SXP Wednesday after a long wait and immediately got to work on some modifications. We are BLOWN AWAY and couldn’t be happier!!

Mods:
1. ‘Klexus’ 3.0 badges front and rear
2. Black Plastidipped lettering (with a coat of glossifier at the end)
3. Tint. 20% on all side and rear glass. 45% on front windshield

Here are the pictures for those of you wondering what these mods look like on a white SXP.

Looks great, thanks for sharing the photos. Do you have any issues with the HUD and the tint? What brand did you go with. Did you tint the roof glass as well?

How does the windshield tint affect visibility at night? I like the idea but don’t want it to be a safety issue. Thanks!

Looks really sharp! I just got my white XP on Friday and can’t wait to get my windows tinted and get my badges.

The HUD still looks fine on the windshield. I never drove it before we had the front windshield tint done, but it’s still very clear.

We didn’t tint the roof glass at all. I think the stock tint is fine or we close the cover when it’s directly overhead.

We really haven't driven it much at night yet, so I can't say 100%, but from what we've seen so far we have been able to see fine. We went with much lighter tint on the windshield to hopefully help with that very issue of night time visibility.

Wow Here in CA cant have the front tinted (law) Looks Great

That's it Cali. Arizona here I come where the tint laws can't overcome the sun.... looks fantastic!

In Missouri you cant tint your front windshield either, except above the AS1 line (roughly the top 5 or 6 inches of the windshield). Limit on the front side windows is 35% also unless it has been changed recently. Love the look of the vehicle though.

Yea... I guess you could say...ol' White Lightning here is not exactly street legal anymore ;)

(lol, attempted Old School reference)
