Hi. Have an EX. When I (1) delete a duplicate preset or (2) reorder presets, the changes aren't saving. I am following the screen prompts to click the "back" button to save changes. But the changes don't save. Any thoughts?

Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. Radio preset changes - not working

Just an update. I tried it 4 times, still not working. I called the toll free Kia support number; they suggested I re-set the screen interface (similar to the "reboot" instruction one would get when his or her work computer crashes). Or that I go to the dealer. Trying to avoid a dealer trip. Any thoughts are most welcome.

I've had an issue in pre-sets duplicating as well as re-ordering not working. When I try again a time or 2, it has worked. The whole infotainment system is pretty buggy. When playing music through Android Auto, but using the Kia screen, the song info does not change. New songs play but the old name and graphic remain. Also, when I get test message notification through the Kia system, I get a new one, as well as 2-3 old text alerts.
Thanks BabyRide. So I am not crazy...I am far from technically savvy, so I was fearful it was something I was doing. I have tried now 5 times..driving myself a bit nuts. Hopefully it will stick eventually. Thank you for the response. If I am forced to go to dealer and they have a fix (they claimed they are calling tech support and would get back to me....), I will update this thread.

So, the damn stations saved for me but then ended up reverting back. So annoying. I have a list of things that don't work on the system and am very annoyed with it. It's buggy as hell and hopefully Kia will release a firmware update to fix it. When they do, they better not try and charge for it.
I have deleted a duplicate and reordered presets 5 times. Works for a few minutes then like you, reverts back. My dealer said he is reaching out to kia tech. Will check this week and let the forum know if Iearn anything. 40k+ for the car ... bugs aren't acceptable and should be fixed.

Cool, just looking for something that may be common, so far it's not model based but they are both the 10" screens.If anybody else is having the same problem, maybe they will chime in and we can see if it's only on the wide screen systems which would lead to a firmware problem for sure and not just your two units.
I have a Palisade Limited and have experienced the same problem, but there is a work around until "they" fix it.
Delete all of your saved stations, then resave them in the order you wish, and DO NOT USE THE "Re-Order" (or whatever it is called) in the menu. They will (should) now stay, and behave. If you do use that option in the menu, it will just screw it up again...
I read this on another forum, and it has worked perfectly for me (until it is fixed).

Ultimately that's what I did but what a pain. And when I might want to make a change, well then a pain again. Like you said, it's a work around.

Thanks will try this. Fyi, my dealer came up empty with their tech support (if they in fact actually inaquired)...so the advice was just to make a service appointment. Ugh.
