Canada. I was 100% going to plasti-dip the rims black and next spring get new black rims with the Moss Green. But now that I have Black Copper the Stock 20s look actually damn good going to leave it stock. Only thing I’ll do for now is Vintage K badge overlay.

I didn't think that the black copper was available in Canada?

My dealer just emailed me that the cargo ship that overturned in GA had a ton of Tellurides on it and waiting to find out if any of their ordered units went down but it is also affecting the supply, obviously. I ordered mine on July 26 and it still just shows that the order was accepted but now shows “material hold”. The Kia rep isn’t able to provide any more info either.

If they were Tellurides they were not for US or CA market!! The Cargo ship was leaving port not coming in.

August 6th. I really didn't order it as the dealer had several allocations coming and gave me a choice. Only two SXP's the rest were SX's or lower trims. The other SXP was white with dune and had a trailer package. We liked the Moss with Black Nappa better and didn't need a hitch so saved some money. Only option as you can see on window sticker is carpeted floor mats. If we had special ordered I can't think of anything else we would have wanted and it would have been same as the one he had coming. Just got lucky I guess.

All of the Kia Tellurides that were on the cargo ship that capsized at the mouth of the Brunswick Port in Georgia waters were being exported to the Middle-east. None of the cars and/or suv's were USA Domestic or Canadian orders. Also, the supplies for the Tellurides arrive in Container Ships through the Savannah Port. Consequently, supplies for the Tellurides should not be interrupted. However, I would not be surprised if some dealership/salesperson used the capsized cargo ship as an excuse for an extended delay of orders.

Surely rebuilding all those lost vehicles will legitimately cause delays... no need to stoke further frustration with dealers who are at the mercy of Kia and bad circumstances.

No, sorry white was gone same day as I reserved mine. I was actually first in line when allocation was released so I had my choice but as soon as i turned down the white dune with tow it was snatched up. Should be coming same time as my Moss SXP 9/28.

I ordered mine in Canada as well, Calgary. Been few weeks now. t They told me end of October, so I hope it goes as smooth as it did for you.

Just got a text from the dealership today and apparently the old sales manager didn't place the order. So I've been waiting since July 25th on NOTHING! Time to hunt for a more reliable dealer. If anyone knows one near Houston that would be great!

What dealership did you initially attempt to order from? You can try Fort Bend Kia in Richmond - they were taking orders at MSRP - but confirm everything in writing before (fees, adds, etc) and ask for a Kdealer printout showing the sold order. You could also try Archer Kia - but they will likely insist on some dealer adds (min. $800). Or, can order over the phone from Huffines Kia dealerships up near Dallas area. There are two - see Good Dealer listings on this forum.

Fort Bend Kia is who I ordered mine through. Ordered on 8/17/19, but haven't had much in the way of updates.

Van Griffith Kia in Granbury. It's a drive, but the customer service was unmatched, no ridiculous markup or dealer fees, and they were extremely respectful and informative through the whole process. I also live in Houston and after trying for months to find a dealer that would order for MSRP I finally got in contact with Van Griffith. Excellent experience.

Checked with the dealer today and FINALLY my Telluride is in Ontario, Canada at the KIA compound, and I do have a VIN # for it and should have it by the end of this month. Ordered Dark Moss SX Ltd. with tow package on May 30. So it has been a 4 month wait.
