Yes, they do. The conversation about the markup was deleted as it veered off topic. But, they can be called if you're interested. If you don't want markup and are willing to order, contact Kia of Muncie, Indiana. They can order for less than MSRP with Costco program, and then you can have it shipped - all for less than MSRP. I think someone posted about getting Miami Lakes Automall to remove discount, but they had to negotiate and wait two+ days to get them to take off markup on an in-stock vehicle. Not sure if that person bought it there.

Dealer Markup

maybe not the dealership you shopped in Houston but I dealt with a Houston dealer who tried to up charge the base SX by $10,000. All over the State of Florida they are marking up the vehicle as well. Definitely not exclusive to California That’s a really old post. Pre-May 16.
