351 tongue weight is wrong/Tow

Hi to all. I'm new to the forum. Just got a call back from Kia tonight. The tongue weight is wrong in the manuel and it should be 500 pounds not 351. Now i know i can tow up to 5000 pounds safely without voiding the warranty. I'm going call them back tomorrow for more info. She said the new updated info will be sent out at some point.

Thank you for the heads up. Now we are all waiting on an Owners Manual Addendum. Not that I don't believe you, just want it on official letterhead and from Kia.

Please tell us when you do receive official documentation, there's a lot of Palisaders who would love to hear this from corporate. Hopefully Hyundai will make the same decision and publish new info!
