Order to delivery time

Has anyone order from 2 separate location to see which one gets filled first? I ordered SXP Black Copper Dune seats no tow 8/22. No updates yet. I am afraid they might try to go over MSRP when it arrives. I would have ordered from 2 places if they didnt say my $500 deposit was not refundable.

I would advise against this. Just more or less taking someone else's order or spot. Order from one dealer and stick with it.

Yikes! That does seem like a long wait time.... 7 months??? 25 weeks! Seems excessively long....

HOLY CRAP! I ordered on 17 (ish) September from Jason and his team at Muncie. I REALLY hope that I don't have to wait that long!

Keep searching for vehicles at nearby locations...that wait time is absurd

I search everyday. I'm in San Diego, CA and there are no SXP, AWD with Tow anywhere around. And at MSRP.

WOOOW 4 Months!!! Thank God I’m in no hurry and can use the extended time to prepare. On a good note I did See someone on the road here in Delaware with their shiny Telly and let me tell you it turned heads.

Well this is fun - placed an order for an SXP in pearl white and black leather on 8/29 with a dealer in Minneapolis and was told 3-4 months.

Just got a call from the dealer and the order was picked up with an ETA of 2/17.

I want the vehicle, but 5.5-6 months seems like a really long lead time. Might as well order a 2021 at this rate.

Exactly Problem is you don’t know what will be included and excluded with the 2021.

Well dealer sent me pictures of my SX. The scratch can not be buffed out. Now waiting on the transport company and KIA for the next steps. It took 150 days from order to arrive at the dealership. Now I am going to start my new wait from dealership to my house, 7 days and counting.

These transport claims usually take some time to be approved, paid, and work completed. I'm only saying this based off our experiences. It's a waiting game.

We do not. Only thing I can really say is kia is filling sold orders before sending dealers general lot inventory. They are doing everything they can to meet demand.

Filling sold orders before generic lot fill is a good way to go, but if that's the case I can't see it taking an excess of four months to get someone their vehicle.
