  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Order to delivery time

Filling sold orders before generic lot fill is a good way to go, but if that's the case I can't see it taking an excess of four months to get someone their vehicle.
I can based on demand

Can you tell me the words I need to recite before going to bed each night? 😁
Dear KIA God's.... Please send me my vehicle. Send it quickly. Please Bless KIA of Muncie and all of the other good dealers. Thank you KIA God's. Thank you.

These transport claims usually take some time to be approved, paid, and work completed. I'm only saying this based off our experiences. It's a waiting game.

Thanks for the info Jason. Dealer has been good so far. We will see what happens.

Only thing I can really say is kia is filling sold orders before sending dealers general lot inventory. They are doing everything they can to meet demand.

I’m not so sure on this one. It seems like they’re still trying to be fair to all dealers with allocation even if they’re not ordering cars.... so some dealers are getting general lot cars while others are having their allocations Max’d out by sold orders...

maybe?

One local dealer received the car I want without an order (so they claim) - meanwhile mine is still pending with my preferred local dealer. Same options. All the way down to only the floor mats.... and invoice date for that vehicle was months after my confirmed order...

Some dealers are "cheating" by placing orders as sold orders when they are not just to get some on the lot.

Ordered on 8 Aug a Dark Moss, SXP, Dune, and, tow package and dealer just called me that the order was picked up. ETA Feb 2020. Yikes
Picked up as in "Order accepted" or as in the manufacturing plant has received the order. If it is the latter, the car should only take a few weeks from manufacturing to delivery, based on what my Dealer told me.

Jason,I know you receive a lot of info requests on ETA's and stuff, so I may as well join lol I placed the order on August 7th,and was told by dealer that it was accepted 3 days later(seems kinda quick) and also was told in mid September that at the time when I placed the order, there were around 3000 Tellurides orders before ours. What would your insight be.
Any info is greatly appreciated.

If you have a large amount of sold orders like we do you aren't getting many additional vehicles.

Sounds correct. And with that..... We wait.

Kia Dealers are making a BIG mistake gouging customers above MSRP. Short term gain for long term loss.
Agreed, that's what turned me into a Kia of Muncie customer now. I will never buy another one from my regular dealer here.

We ship! Have a few going to Texas.
I ordered the White with Dune SXP AWD.My wife does not want any other interior other than Dune lol
Do you have anything like that coming to texas,or would I have to order again. How does that exactly work?
