I placed my order on July 20 for EBONY BLACK SX AWD with towing. I have been the one to reach out to the dealership each time to get an up date. They called me once on October 14 to tell me my pick up was to be Nov 11. I called them on Oct 28 just to see if we were still on track. They call and left me a message that the date changed to Nov 25. When I called them to see why. She blamed the KIA Plant (KMMG) for every thing. Such as shouting down for 2 weeks, (said this one twice) not been able to keep up. Yes this has been some of the reason, but I told her I get the fact that all that plays a part in it and you cant know when the driver is going to get in the truck and deliver the car. I get it. Here is my problem the way she talked to me was rude, talked over me, and just keep making up reasons. What I told her was that I was fluster with the lack of commutation from them. just call once every 2 weeks to say hay no new word would be ok with me. Then she went in to we called you 4 time. ( they were return call that I left a message) I even think she put the phone down at one point because I stopped talking and it was silence for a few seconds. She then got her sales Manager on the phone and oh my what an a**. He told me I can give you your money back! ( 3times) I told him the same thing I was just flustered with the commutation from them. He went on and on not evening letting me say anything. Now I am very upset now. I finely said just lesson call me when my car is in and I will not call you at all . I feel they should be wanting me happy they ate getting 40K from me. Why piss me off? I would be even willing to wait another 4 months to just not deal with them again. But they will still get the sale on the car no loss to them and I don't want that, and I am so close to getting my Telluride. Do I call the General Manager or e-mail everyone at the Kia corp. office. Or do you have other Ideas. Help
