If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Given the demand, I get it, but this is discouraging. I’m sitting here waiting to get a vehicle and the cost to acquire keeps moving upward.
Maybe I should go back to my original plan of an Audi Q7. They are already reaching out to me with increasing incentives. If they keep moving downward and Kia keeps going upward, that proposition gets more and more attractive.

The lease incentives went down as well but not nearly as much. The 36 month lease price is quite attractive.

I have a SX AWD ordered for my wife. I continuously point out that I can get XC90s and X5s in the same ballpark as the Telluride lease. It does look like they’ve adjusted MF or residual for November with the lease cash decrease though.

You can get a brand new fully loaded X5 with no miles on it and zero out of pocket for $650 a month for 36 months and 15k miles per year?

Where?

There are plenty of demo and loaner units available, and while they aren’t fully loaded, they have the options that most people need. I’ve even seen X7 leases that aren’t terrible (relatively speaking).

Yes, lease payment for a stripper X5 with $5k down will get you right in the same ballpark as a SX lease with zero down. Yes sir.

Oh right. BMW does lease used cars that no one else will. However, the equivalent X5 to a loaded Telluride costs over $70k. Even a well used X5 loaner isn’t going to lease for anywhere near the price of a Telluride.

Yeah, there seems to be delay in getting incentives posted every time they update. Seeing how they are selling, I'm actually surprised there is still a rebate. They even lowered the interest rate from 1.9 to 1.75. Good for buyers. :-)

Hoping I can get mine before the new year.

min guessing the Jan incentives will shift back the other way.
