• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Is it me or does heated seats take a while to become warm. Seems like my mazda 3 is nearly immediately, versus several good minutes before I notice it in the telle, and it's a gradual buidup.

I know it's trite, but annoying nonetheless

The heated seats on my SX gradually build up to "plenty warm" for me. If the vehicle is stone cold , it does take several minutes to get there.....but I find it is no different than the Explorer that I had previously or the Escalade that I had before that so I think it's pretty much normal.

Used to take 20 minutes in college for my VW bug to warm up. I appreciate modern amenities, and not upset about not getting everything at lightspeed. But, now my laptop booting up...grrr🤓

I've noticed it is a more gradual warmup in our S, compared to my Mitsubishi Outlander. Overall, I feel that the gradual warmup is better than the quick warmup that feels uneven.
