heated seats

Is it me or does heated seats take a while to become warm. Seems like my mazda 3 is nearly immediately, versus several good minutes before I notice it in the telle, and it's a gradual buidup.

I know it's trite, but annoying nonetheless

The heated seats on my SX gradually build up to "plenty warm" for me. If the vehicle is stone cold , it does take several minutes to get there.....but I find it is no different than the Explorer that I had previously or the Escalade that I had before that so I think it's pretty much normal.

Used to take 20 minutes in college for my VW bug to warm up. I appreciate modern amenities, and not upset about not getting everything at lightspeed. But, now my laptop booting up...grrr

I've noticed it is a more gradual warmup in our S, compared to my Mitsubishi Outlander. Overall, I feel that the gradual warmup is better than the quick warmup that feels uneven.
