Kia Telluride US production stats. by trim and colors

Given the recent announcement to ramp up production to 100,000 Tellurides, is there a quick & easy way to look at recent daily/weekly totals to see if there has been a noticeable increase in VIN's created yet?

I want to add that to my site but for now you can export the data into excel and create a summary with it. Telluride Lookup

The first 5 spaces of the 15-digit Order Number denotes the Dealer that placed the order, is that correct? Does anyone know if the rest of the order number means anything besides a numerical counter or does it contain other codes?

I am asking since the spreadsheet has the Dealer code on it and am wondering if any of the other fields correlate to the actual Order Number.

LOL I've been waiting so patiently for my SX prestige with all white exterior and grey interior. Dealer says early February, but we shall see!

My dealer had it on his list and I snagged it and gave my down payment last month. They cant keep them on the lot. Most times they are sold before even making it to the dealership.

In my Google Sheet I have VIN window sticker data since July 2019. As you can see, even though Kia has said it will increase production by 20%, this is currently not visible in my chart.

Note: During christmas time, the production was slowed down because of holiday vacation. Lets hope that production will increase in February 2020.

As of January 31, 2020 here is the latest Kia Telluride US production stats. by trim and colors chart:

The top produced color by a wide margin is snow white pearl with 18,964 units.

So by this count roughly 34% of production is slated for SX/SXP where demand is probably twice that. KIA...time to switch up your manufacturing to pump out more of what buyers want! Clear the backlog!

I ordered SX-P November 11, the VIN number was created this past Monday. I already went in to do the paperwork and car will be delivered February 21st.

I ordered 9/16/2019 SX-P black copper. It was delivered 3/07/2019. I will pick it up on wed. Stopped in today to see it. I ordered without seeing the true color. It's better than I thought.

Curious as to why you couldn't just pick it up today when you saw it? I'd make sure to note the miles to make sure they aren't joy riding people around in it doing test drives since people want to test drive an SXP.
