H,
I am looking at buying a new Telluride AWD SX with the tow package. I just joined the Forum and really appreciate all the information from peoples posts and responses. But from what I've read on towing, towing posts have focused on maximum weight, tongue weight, and braking issues. In East Texas,, two conditions I frequently encounter are mud/soft ground (from rain saturation) and slippery boat ramps (whether from ice or wet vegetation (e.g algae or weeds). Does anyone have any input on those conditions? My past experience has been with 4X4 Sequoia, so the lo setting in 4WD usually did the trick. What AWD setting would be the best for dealing with mud or slippery surface? Thanks.
