I, too, wonder if the dealer just has no idea about the leather option. As has posted multiple times on these threads leather interior is an OPTION, so it is listed on the right side of the window sticker just above the final price of the car. My experience has been that the local dealers just have no idea about the options and features of this vehicle, and because it's selling so well don't bother to learn about the car itself. Maybe they can't keep them on the lot long enough to learn but certainly by now they should know that the leather option is listed separately from the exterior and interior color of the car. Why don't you ask to see the window sticker and see for yourself if he is reading the wrong info. The interior listing of black, as I understand it referred to the dash and interior carpets, and there are only one or two color options for that. So many will say black interior.

It would be interesting to know what percentage of sales were pre-orders. In those cases - customers probably come in knowing what options they want so the dealership is just an order taker. Especially for the high percentage of SX and SXP models that seem to be the most in demand.

My vin was created today with an ETA of 3/23. From what I've seen there's a good chance your VIN should be up any day. They will likely have an updated ETA for you within a few days of your VIN creation...many have seen their vehicles arrive sooner than expected.

Can I ask when you ordered. We ordered Jan. 20 and have heard nothing!

I ordered on 1/10. My timeline is very much not average however as I ordered at a dealer with only 1 order ahead of me even though they were low allocation. Pure luck.

I'd say it's quite normal that you haven't heard anything. Use the Telly Stats tool on this site to see how many and what trim levels your dealer is receiving per month and then call them to find out where you are on the list to get a better idea of when you might receive your vehicle.

You can have it listed under deductions and it still be after tax. Employers handle a lot of items through "Deductions" Some are pre-tax and others are post tax and after that you have a net payroll amount. For example - if you sign up for supplemental life insurance through your employer - that is an after tax deduction - but can still be listed under your "deductions" on your payroll. But it is calculated after taxes. It can all be confusing - but by law there are things that can not be taken out before tax.

See, that makes sense.. Any kind of loans, 401k, pension everything they have listed in this section then taxes after. It’s weird... Ever since they changed payroll companies it’s been weird.

Stopped by the dealer to talk with the service folks, found out that my delivery date has moved up again, from the 12th to the 10th (woo hoo), also saw that they had taken delivery of four more Tellurides which weren't pre orders. If anyone in the DFW metro area is looking for an S, EX or LX, they have two S's and one each of the EX and LX... Moritz Kia Alliance.

I placed a order back on January 15th with Halleen Kia in Sandusky Ohio for a snow white pearl sx awd with tow package. They gave me a ETA of March 6 and it arrived last night on the truck. The system works great when it's not abused. Oh, and they sold it just under MSRP.

It means how many VINs the lookup tool returned for a given dealer, starting from around Jan 7, I think.

Your order is with the Rockford dealer (IL036) right? I don't see any window stickers for Moss/Dune SXP created lately, so March might be a stretch. Though wouldn't say never. Hopefully it gets thrown out there in the next few days and then maybe it might come in the last few days of the month (or early April). Mine the window sticker was created on 1/15 and it was delivered to the dealer (in WI) on 2/8 and taken home by me on 2/13. Though they batched it up with 6 of them going to the same store (stickers from 1/15-1/24).

Correct! Which is my thoughts as well which is why I have been so annoyed with them that they have been unable to provide any sort of update after telling me it was coming in March.

They still tell me they have 0 updates - which is concerning and I'm not sure what else i can even ask for at this point to verify what they have told me.
