• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Does anyone else have a problem with the car constantly going to the right? i drive with one hand as i believe a lot of people do and im always going to the right and having to move it back to the left. I have tested on all types of roads. Kia dealership saw what it was doing while riding with me but when they took it home for a drive they said it drives perfectly fine. They honestly don't know what the problem is in because they checked the alignment and it reads fine. I've contacted Kia consumer affairs because i just want it to drive correctly. But am i the only one experiencing this?

I would take it back to the dealer talk to a supervisor. If the car is pulling to the left, have them rotate the tires. A bad belt on a tire, which is a common problem with new tires, can cause the vehicle to pull. If you put the bad tire on the other side, it will pull to the left.

If that does not work, then try another dealer. If that does not work, take it to a independent store.

I would bet good money that it is a bad tire. Have them recheck.

Problem is is that it’s been doing it since day one, and they were waiting on an alignment computer to come in for the telluride. Now it came in in December and they said they fixed it but it still doing the exact same thing. They rotated tires three times. They basically told me there’s nothing he could do for me anymore and I had a call Kia consumer affairs. The service manager was not nice very dismissal with me. I did talk to another dealer and they said they would look at it for me as well. Just waiting on consumer affairs to get back to me. It’s crazy how it does it when they are in the car with me but then when they drive they want to say nothing is wrong when I’m not in the car. They basically just don’t know what’s wrong so they’re just telling me nothings wrong. I was just wondering if anybody else feels the same issue as I do or if I’m the only one.

@Jess61810 are you sure you aren’t experiencing the Lane Keeping Assist feature? Particularly if you are following a right turn bend at 40mph or faster then it will force your steering wheel to the right when you get too close to the left painted lane.

you can try disabling LKA using the button to the left of the steering wheel and see if that makes any difference.

I thought the same thing when I read @Jess61810's post. The LKA likes to keep me a little further to the right than I am used to. For better or worse, I tend to drive a little to the left of center. Never thought I did this until my telluride told me I was doing it :-)

No it’s definitely not on. I never have it on because when I had it on when I first got it, it will constantly keep moving me back left then causing me to keep going in that other lane. The dealership knows there is something wrong but they can’t figure it out and now they say it’s fine. Waiting on consumer affairs with kia to get back to me and I might just bring it in to another dealership since a friend knows the manager at the other one. It’s crazy that the Service managers assistant and a service tech and My Service advisor see its pulling basically like an alignment but when they take it home by themselves they want to say it’s nothing. They are just going based on what the computer says and not what is actually really doing

I’m going through the same things.. but mine has been since an a accident. Body shop has taken it to dealer and ‘they don’t know’, claim it’s fine

Have you tried turning off LKA? see post #4. And checking your side mirrors if you are centered in your lane? Some people think they have been driving centered for years until LKA shows them otherwise.
