• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... What will be new in 2021 Kia Telluride? Hope the minor issues in prior year Telluride gets addressed in 2021 model.
There might be 2 new trims: Off roader Telluride and Twin Turbo Telluride

No one has seen any indication of a TT edition Telluride. There are plans for an offroad-ish variant, as well as an extended wheel base, but that's all we've heard so far. TT has never been discussed as a legitimate option.

It looks like the Palisade is getting some updates for 2021...a good sign that we will see some updates on the Telluride:

This seems to be for Korea only (for now). I like the wheels!

That means a top trim Telluride is coming pretty soon.

"We've got an interesting update coming to Telluride," Bell hinted. "You will see it soon but it's more of an image play rather than up-marketing it at a higher price point. We love how Telluride's business is going. We want to keep it hot but not overextend it."

Sounds like exciting news. Thanks for sharing.

"You will see it soon" They are running out of time to reveal this to buyers for May allocations. Getting nervous that the 2021's won't be available to order this month.

Unfortunately, it looks like that will be the case. Seems KFOS, if it were to open, would open this Friday or Monday at latest for May allocations/orders. With 2020 orders closed and no info out on the 2021, it seems there is no time for customers and dealers to assess and decide on 2021 trims/colors/options and be ready to place orders by Friday/Monday.

I ordered mine this week on Monday. Does that mean that mine will be a 2020 model?
Also, my dealership said they have submitted my order and they are waiting for Kia to approve it. How my time typically Kia takes to accept an order?

KIA Dealerships get allocations for orders to go into the queue for manufacturing once per month - typically between the 15th and 17th of the month. They can accept an "order" at any time in the month - but the order approved in their system has to match up to an available allocation from the factory for that model and trim. Most on here have put in their "order" and are waiting on an allocation. To get an idea of when your car will be approved - you have to know how many people are in front of you and how many allocations your dealer gets for that model and trim you want per month.

For context - I placed my "order" in January and am still waiting for an approved allocation. Hopefully this month. Oh - and anything going in this month and later will be a 2021 model. Expect them to start arriving at dealerships in August - assuming there are no more unforeseen delays. If there are people in front of you in the queue - yours will be much later most likely.

I ordered mine in mid February and had an estimated delivery date assigned of June 24. About a week ago I got a revised delivery date estimate of 7/28. I will not be surprised if it moves again.

What trim level out of curiosity?

SX P/T. If this draws out any longer, maybe they will give me a 2021 model for the 2020 price :)

Hope they bring in amber LEDs to Dubai.
We get only white LEDs as standard.
Also we do not get black wheels.
We get 6 airbags only in top SX trim. All the other trims have dual air bags.
Hope 2021 will be 6 airbags as standard.

I ordered mine in December 2019, but have about 16 orders ahead of mine at dealership, so I'm not even in the system yet. So no ETA date for me at all. As previously mentioned you need to ask your dealer how many allocations they get per month, and what number you are on the list.

“We're also hearing late summer announcement and in dealers this Nov/Dec.”

This doesn’t sound right based on the CarBuzz article in which the Kia rep said we’d see the 2021 soon (and given KFOS orders for 2020 MY are reportedly closed).

I wonder where they are hearing this information. Late summer announcement and in dealers this Nov/Dec?! That would suck on so many levels.
