Please don't post false info like this. Post who called, who you spoke with, etc. Dune Brown comes with SWP on SX Prestige models only. Considering that Kia has produced more than a dozen of this exact combo in the last few days (see Telluride Lookup site - you've been here long enough to know that) they are certainly producing it.

I'm pretty sure the Kia plant doesn't have a direct-to-consumer sales department.

You’re sure? You’re mistaken buddy. I’m sure i didnt make things up and spoke to someone from kia plant. Make your research before posting false info about kia have no direct contact with customers. If you know english well you would have definitely read that i said ive seen stickers before for that combination!

Maybe it was a crank call. If you get a call from Kia tree sales, it’s a crank call for sure

It’s not i called them earlier last week and they said they’ll call me back in 4 days. She called back and said there was a glitch in her system and they do come together. Provided me with eta july 7th.

What all information did you have to provide them to find this for you? And did you just email that email initially or did you call them? If so, what number did you call?

I called +1 706-902-7777 you need your order number which you can get from the deposit receipt. It should be on top. And then they’ll ask you about the car what trim, color, packages... and for sure your name and the dealers name. They’ll tell you they’ll call you back in 3-4 days. Another member here did the same thing after i mentioned calling them last week. They told him the same thing they’ll call him in 4 days.

They told me today that eta showing 7/7/20 but she said that’a not sure it might be later or earlier most likely later due to whats going on. No vin number yet

I don't have an ETA - so at this point I am expecting some time in August/September....and that is assuming KFOS accepts orders this month but all the dealers on here are quiet. Makes me think KFOS won't accept orders this month....just like last month.

I thought dealers should know better! It looks like you guys know nothing, that’s why kia plant is taking those phone calls from customers. They weren’t wrong when everybody mentioned the laziness and bad customer service kia dealers have!

I ordered a SXP on October 17th, 2019... still waiting. Getting worried. (Ordered from Elgin, IL Kia. Maybe that was a mistake. Not much communication from them other than "keep waiting... it'll be worth it.)

Lol. Some dealers like mine and yours lack communication! Or probably they don’t wanna give any info until vin number is produced. I would call kia plant like i did and at least know what’s going on with my order.

My issue stems from how little KIA gets in front of dealerships in terms of their strategy to fill orders, KFOS status and the pending 2021 model year information. The fact that the 2020 order books are closed and it is now time to open KFOS allocations and none of our dealer reps on this site have the intel their paying customers are dying for. Just ridiculous.
