I'm in the same position. I ordered 10/5/19. I spoke with my sales rep 2 weeks ago and he couldn't answer any of my questions and seemed upset that I'd even ask. Unfortunately, this is the only dealership in the area not charging a markup. I'm in no rush but any communication would be great.
He seemed upset? You are paying a lot of money for this vehicle and should expect some answers...if he/she doesn't have the answers then he should go out trying to find the person who can help answer them...
