Cargo liner options?

Well out of all the things I have added to my Telly this one is deff top 3... After calling numerous Kia Dealerships and not one of them have the OEM Cargo Mat with Seat Protection for the 3rd Row in stock and by curiosity ask for it's pricing and hear the RIDICULOUS OVER PRICING I gave up and went the online route.

So a couple months ago I had helped a friend with moving and due to a big cargo area and the ability of lowering the 2nd row flat as well the Telly came in handy. However there was a dresser in which as she was pushing in and it scratched the carpeted rear of the right 3rd row seat. I of course was LIVID that my new baby was scratched and definetly decided I needed some sort of protection for the third row and cargo area. I contemplated in going with a 3rd party inexpensive mat but I really wasn't sure if that is what I wanted and I needed to make sure that a mat would not get in the way of with using the cargo area with/without the 3rd row upright.

At last I have found the PERFECT,OEM,NON INTRUSIVE,GREAT LOOKING Cargo Mat with Seat Back Protection. Below I'll leave the Link (I used Kia Stuff and their customer service was great & it took exactly 9 days for it to arrive [Including Weekend]) and a before and several after pics.

Hope this helps many of you if you have any questions just ask away ^_^

Nice! At first I couldn’t tell until I saw the Telluride logo on the back. Hmmm now I’m debating if I should get this or one of the rubber mats to keep things from sliding around when they’re back there. The issue with the rubber ones is they don’t fold like this.
Does the feel of this still feel like carpet, or is it a little tacky?

This one is like carpet. I like it also. Combined with a Cargo Net, I can easily keep most items secure. If you transport wet items or need snow protection, then you might prefer a rubber mat. But, as you said, we haven't seen a split back rubber mat yet.

Are these waterproof also? Is there something on the bottom preventing water or whatever from soaking through? It seems to be the case based on one of the pictures of the bottom but I want to be sure. I’m moving next week so I hope I get it in time! Gonna call around to Kia dealers as well.

Hello all! My Telluride was delivered to the dealer today and is getting delivered to my house tomorrow, and I'm looking to get a cargo liner. I have 2 dogs that travel with me often and as this is a lease I want to keep the car as nice as I can in case I decide not to buy it. I've seen a few options on Amazon -- like these:

Anyone have one of these, or something similar? I'm thinking I'll have the third row down most of the time so I want a cover that will be long enough to go from the back of the second row captains chairs to the back bumper.

Thanks in advance!
DO NOT BUY Wearthertech, I just got their behind 2nd row cargo liner , very disappointed in quality and fit. Liner slides and the rubber is thin. See pissedconsumer. com / weathertech

I just installed the Kia oem one. Very nice, perfect fit. Bottom is coated with plastic/rubber to make it water proof. Although it has no lip, it is rigged and should easily be power washed/ sun dried should it get wet. Excellent purchase and the split allows for numerous configs.

@ElCangriz, @mdineen

How do the OEM carpeted mats stick to the back of the seats? Is it adhesive? Does it include covers for the back of the 2nd row, too, or just the cargo area and backs of the 3rd row?

Thanks!

Cargo area behind third row. Very fine velcro. It's great.

I purchased the cargo liner with my purchase. Do not have the vehicle yet. So... the liner is carpet? I guess I assumed it was rubber. What is in the vehicle without the purchased liner?

I would suggest one that covers the sides as well since doggies have sharp toenails and could scratch the plastic easily. I also crate my two for safety reasons, keeps them snug and safe if I have an accident or breakdown.

depends. Did you buy this? This cargo liner / folding tray is of a rubber - type material

Or something else?

if you’re referring to the 60/40 seat back protector (that also covers the cargo area), that is carpet, but it’s itemized as a ‘seat back protector’

just not sure

Confirmed with dealer today. It’s the folding cargo tray.

then it’s not carpet (a good thing). I was originally interested in this. Unfortunately, it doesn’t offer full coverage and that’s one thing that I wanted.

I got the carpeted kia accessories liner and then put a rubber kia accessories liner on top of that. In other words, two layers of protection. Works great and has the Telluride logo.

I like the OEM cargo liner. It looks to be similar material as interior carpeting. But I am concerned about it trapping dog hair which doesnt vacuum up well. Can anyone share their experience with this?

That was my concern as well so I ordered a set of Canvasback just waiting for my order to be fulfilled

Canvasbacks are in; pics attached. We like em; they will be much easier to vacuum and keep clean vs the factory carpet. I ordered first of Jan and didn’t receive them till this week. I think they’re marking these on demand for those that are interested. Plus shipping time of ~3 days. They have a slight smell to them but it’s not over powering. Leave the windows cracked in the garage overnight should help. They have the shipping folds in them hopefully that settles down over time.
