Anybody Fired Up About Wolf Grey?

I'm loving that Wolf Gray! Will KIA now phase out Gravity Gray or Everlasting Silver? Over half of the Telluride color palette is now based in gray/silver and black. A deep, rich blue might hit a sweet spot too.

We were over at a friends house for the 4th July, and he has a newer Raptor in their light grey color, which to me looks very close/same as Wolf Grey. With Nightfall it should have this same two-tone feel as the Raptor in this post. This is the color he has and it looks so clean in person, the contrast works so well together. This is basically what I envision it looking like just in Telluride fashion.

Avalanche Grey or Ingot Silver or ?

At first glance, these pics seem to be Avalanche Grey (AG) but i'm not 100% sure due to some of the angles and lighting. I haven't seen a GT350 AG or any real-life example of AG in the wild so trying to pin this color down has been impossible for me. Regardless, these pics are awesome. Enjoy!

I'm thinking the wolf grey may be my color with Nightfall.... anyone have an idea if you can even order the Wolf Grey before September? If I order now, it probably will not get into production until then anyway, but would like to get it ordered.....

And yes, I’m super excited about this one, I think it’ll look really clean!

another detail from autospies is that wolf gray will only be available on nightfall edition tellurides and will only have a black interior. I’m way more of a fan of this than the black copper nightfall - its clean but a bit too one dimensional.

I talked to the dealer I will be ordering from a couple of days ago, he said NO orders until at least the 13th. I want to order an SX, but now have to wait to order, then wait for VIN, then wait for delivery, feel like I'm back in the military, "hurry up and wait", LOL

Looks even better than I hoped...but how sure are we that black leather is the only option? That'd be a missed opportunity unless theres something unique about it.

Here’s the 2021 info slides that I was referring to. It’s the last bullet on the 2nd pic that mentions “black interior only.”

I guess it could be considered a missed opportunity, but the black leather in there will look really nice. I don’t see the dune leather looking great in the gray. Just one guys opinion though

After savoring over this exact model since it was teased, and now seeing the first pic and it exceeding my expectations, my only regret is that due to Covid, I just can't justify the new payment when my current 21 year old 4runner is paid off. Will happily wait til the spring if Texas & Lousiana can get its act together and purchase then.

But regarding the interior, I love the Napa brown leather best and especially because our summers are so hot here. But after looking at the official 360 images on kia's website, I'm glad the black option at least has the grey tone for the top half. Should look really nice and regardless isn't a deal breaker since the exterior is so fly.

Either way a dream deferred but something to look forward to. Waited this long, a few more months in the oven will make it that much more sweet. Thanks again!

I just looked at Kia’s website yesterday and didn’t see anything about the 2021 yesterday, still just 2020. Something I’m missing? I haven’t seen anything two-tone, but I’m excited to see what you’re talking about!!

2020 info is still on the KIA site but you can see the interior when you build a telluride in the online configurator. No changes to color options on '21's.

I did a comparison to Black copper I have and the perception the nightfall edition gives is, it makes the car less taller. On the other hand it makes the SX with stain chrome accents look taller I feel.

There is definitely something off with the Build feature on Kia.com for the Telluride. Allegedly these are both Wolf Gray--hoping the true color is closer to the Wolf Gray represented by the K5.

Well, was excited to see the 2021 models were now on the kia website so I jumped online to configure my Wolf Grey SX Nightfall only to find out that the Wolf Grey requires upgrading to the Prestige Package.......Grrrr.... now I need to decide if that color is worth $3k since the other Prestige features are not all that important to me.

Was there a "rear entertainment" package or whatever on the 2020s? Is it just the USB ports? But yes wolf gray w/nightfall looks BEAUTIFUL. Can't wait to buy one...in 2021 probably if everyone can play nice & put this virus behind us...
