Order to delivery time

We are walking away from our Telluride order. If anyone is interested in stepping in on it, let me know and I’ll give you my sales guy contact info. It’s located in the Chicago suburbs.
The order went into KFOS yesterday as priority 1 so the dealer is gettin the car either way. No ETA yet, I’m assuming they’ll have that info in a day or 2.

We were getting it as MSRP so I would hope it’d be the same if someone else wants in on it.

I see you liked my earlier post with the details so you maybe have your answer. To expand on this- he said he would try to get us an eta this morning by 930 and he has not been able to as of yet. The other car we have on hold is the only one on the lot in that color in that trim level and it’s not easy to find at all. At the end of the day I actually like the interior MORE than the Telluride. The interior is nicer and more comfortable than the telluride. It feels more high end and the instrument panels are nicer in my opinion. I like some small design features that are offered...
The safety and technology features are identical in both cars.
The cars are built with the same engines. The prices are basically the same.
And this car is available for me to drive home now.
We haven’t had a new car in so long- we had a 2005 that we sold to my godson and a 2008 in the garage now. We are long overdue and simply just don’t want to wait anymore.
If we decided to wait on our Telluride for the next 3 (?) months, we would be unlikely to find this again.
So we are moving on

I spoke with the dealer on 4/15 and only got the SX. I didn't have to wait as long as most on here

Yeah - lots of factors at play. The Prestige package on the SX has had the longest wait.

Mine (SXP non nightfall) went in late last week - but I haven't got an ETA yet. As soon as @StephenCantrelle has that information for me - I will post here. Hope to get my first ETA this week sometime.

Our salesman texted this morning and told us our ETA has been pushed yet another week. It was supposed to be here 7/24 originally, last week he told me 8/7 and today it's 8/14. Wondering if this is actually going to happen. @StephenCantrelle, is this common or should I be worried? On average, how many weeks are current allotments getting pushed back? Our Telluride is the Nightfall edition.

I have one nightfall that is built and similar situation.. got a 2 week pushback... ETA's move around unfortunately..

I haven't been too active on here but don't for a second doubt that I have visited this forum daily for the last 10 or so months. After ordering a '20 SWP SXP Dune on 10/28, I have finally received an initial ETA of 9/13 for a '21 GWP SX Nightfall Butterscotch (I decided I wanted to make the change once Nightfall became an option). It has been quite a wait, and although I wasn't under any time pressure to get a new car (so I was fine with the idea of a long wait initially), I can't say it isn't a great feeling to know that I am on to the next step. Hopefully the finish line is near. Much love to the Muncie guys and @Jason Fox!
