Finally got my Telluride!

Hi,
I live in East Tennessee and have been Telluride stalking for over a year. I kept hoping the supply would catch up with the demand and dealers would stop charging the premiums. After talking with multiple dealers, I just couldn't ever give in and pay more than sticker. I had just about given up and was going to move on to the Palisade. On a whim, I called about a SX AWD in Everlasting Silver at Vandevere Kia in Akron, Ohio. To my surprise, the vehicle was not secured, they did not charge over sticker, and they were great people to work with. I put a deposit to secure the incoming unit on 7/16. She reached the dealership on 7/21. My family drove over 8 hrs but we happily picked her up yesterday. I couldn't be happier! Meet Comet!!

That’s awesome! I had pretty good experiences talking with Vandevere, and they actually had contacted me about that Telly when they got their 2021 allocations. Wife wanted Gravity Gray so I ended up passing. And now it’s yours! Glad to hear they’re as legit as they seemed when I talked to them.

Yes! We found VanDevere to be an honest family owned business. No games or surprises! I am glad you passed on this one...lol! Good luck if you haven't found your Gravity Gray yet!

Thanks! A 2006 Hyundai Azera....so nothing even comparable to the Telluride.

Congrats! Are the last 6 of the VIN 095977? Was thinking of calling to see if it was sold, but your post makes me think it is.
