• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Snow White Pearl vs Glacier White Pearl

I really love how the gray interior looks with the white. I was originally going to go with black until I saw this photo. Looks really clean and classy
Light colors are really nice looking and cooler in the summer but as others have said keeping them clean and looking nice is a real struggle. If you wear blue jeans at all then you need to know that sooner or later that dye will transfer to the leather when you get in the car and you will have that blue tint to the seats that will probably never come out. Ask me how I know.

Yeah, both the wife and I would have liked this. However, with our 2 young boys we decided on black.

I’m stoked for the black interior. I believe the contrasting black interior and accents, particularly Nightfall, will look especially sharp with the white exterior 😎

No VIN yet but I have a mid September ETA for a GWP SX-NF that is in KFOS.

I have been pushed back to mid October, just in case any were following ETAs on Glacier White Pearl.

Sounds par for the course for those July allocations. Hoping you get better news on delivery date soon!

Exactly what I was thinking. Expecting a November delivery from an August entry in KFOS but hoping things improve slightly. Having a base SX, I may get a quicker delivery, time will tell.

Agreed, you might have an inside track with a base SX. I upgraded last week to include P, but am risking pushing out my delivery date whenever I get into KFOS. Putting good vibes out into the universe for everyone

Do they Typically let you know when you get into KFOS?

I imagine so, and the good dealers definitely will. One tip is to check in with your dealer around the 13th-17th each month, since that’s when KFOS typically opens, and ask if your order made it

Is there anything out there that you could use to pre-treat or protective coat the lighter Nappa Leather to prevent things like jean dye transfer or stains in general??? I definitely agree that the gray interior looks much cleaner and classier than the black. I don't mind the black as much if it's in combination with the lighter headliner though. Wish the Butterscotch Nappa came with the lighter headliner! The dark one just makes the cabin feel smaller and more enclosed.

Scotch guard or the equivalent. You can definitely buy an add-on from your dealer... :) For a couple grand or less.

My experience has been with light tan color but I have used a lot of leather care and protective products including dealer protection 'armor coat' or something like that but nothing I found lasts more than a month or two. With the dealer protection pkg I purchased they finally gave me a refund on a very expensive add on because it had a 5 year guarantee and the marking started a few months into my owning the car plus I wear jeans almost exclusively. They were unable to remove the markings or protect it from getting worse. They brought in a technician to work on it from the company and he failed to get it out. My uncle was a cobbler and leather repair specialist for over 50 years. He saw just about everything in his shoe, leather and saddle repair days. I showed him the seats and he said that the leather in cars is meant for comfort and durability but it is hard to keep from having that type of transfer and once it gets marked with a dye it is nearly impossible to get out without changing the color of the damaged area. His advice to me was just enjoy the car and once your sitting on the seat you will never know it is there!;) If you are worried about that black is probably the best color. I ordered dune brown because I really like the color and I basically drive cars until they fall apart so if it gets marked a little then I know that going in and its just not an issue with me any more.

Well, I guess it's time to change my wardrobe :ROFLMAO:

So mine is a Snow White Pearl. Didn't realize they would have two whites. Coming in 9/18. SWP EX, no premium package. Black interior. We wanted the beach seating in the back.

You can use CarPro CQuartz Leather Coating. CarPro has a lot of good detailing products and their CQuartz line is known to be a very good ceramic coat line. I plan on using CQuartz Leather when my car is delivered in a few days.
