Real easy to get one fast if you want a Nightfall Edition. That is what many of us are complaining about.

Yeah I am waiting on a Nightfall, but it is Glacial White so I have to wait for those to start going out. I am a little worried, they havent made the combination I have ordered, SX NF White Butterscotch, at all in about a month.

This is not totally accurate. There have been very few SXP nightfalls within the last few weeks

My bad - but I have a solid story with my dealer. Someone else might slip up without having a backstory.

Unfortunately, failcat talk is also all over the Facebook owners group with over 12k people. Kia definitely knows that we still know...just hoping they see it in their best interest

More than likely, it's a particular person/department that would want/choose to shut Failcat down and there have not been enough complaints (yet) to escalate the problem to them. So, it's in all our best interest to not mention it. I don't understand why its so hard to keep failcat a secret. I have spoken to well over 30 dealerships looking for my spec and its easy enough to say a friend of a friend works for a kia dealer or I use the kia vin viewer that is on most dealer sites and increment the last 6 digits of the spec I want.

The particular reference to failcat I saw was around 8 post down (when sorted by most recent) in the comments. Was honestly a bit surprised to see it there...but makes sense given how popular this car is.

I moved up a month! Haha!

Hey all, just wanted to share the good news!!!! Today I got extremely lucky and finally got my hands in to the trim and color combo I wanted at my local dealers which at the beginning was originally charging $8,000 over MSRP. Long Story short the sales man made a mistake and gave the general manager the wrong stock number (which was a moss/black SX non prestige) when I sat with the manager he said make me an offer, I said 49 (sticker price 48,162) and Ill take it home home today, to my surprise he immediately agreed thinking it was the the other SX (sticker price 45,135). It was 9pm store was closing so I left and came back to this afternoon to pick up when the manager saw he immediately said "you stole this truck you lucky MF" lolz!!! no turn back we had an agreement, signed contract and walked away a happy customer (SX Prestige 2021 Moss/Dune brown) as I'm writing this history I still can believe got so lucky!!!! Here some pictures of my new RIDE!!!!

Progress is progress! Tomorrow I will check on mine. Production rates are so high these days - it seems like lots of should start seeing incremental improvements.
