Latest information on Ordering System(Kdealer/KFOS) starting Sept 2020

Please read though Latest info on ordering through KFOS to understand process in more detail.
In short process stays the same but now all orders in Kdealer(Web DCS) will automatically transfer to KFOS when it is opened.

Small breakdown explanation is Kdealer(Web DCS) is where dealer puts your order for record keeping thoughout the month until KFOS opens up and then they transfer to KFOS.

Making the process a little more streamline and less chance for errors.

I am especially interested in the FIFO process. It seems things are filled from the dealer on a FIFO process - but not at the factory.

Yes this is just ordering process.. would be nice to know more details on the factory level... Nightfalls are throwing a wrinkle into line-up that I am still learning as we go

Because they are either idiots or been directed to say that from Owner.. Owner may not want to deal with the ordering system.

All allocation will be automatically transferred.. so if Dealer gets 7 SX AWD for KFOS and has 20 orders in Kdealer than 7 will automatically transfer and 13 will remain in Kdealer for the following month.

under the current process they could not transfer... starting next month they will have to delete before KFOS opens or it will automatically go in

If you got an ETA then you are past Kdealer and Kfos.. so now you are just waiting for the car to come in.. you will get ETA when car is built

Our dealer never told is about our vin.... He said its October 12. Our dealer is Oakes Kia

If they have ETA they have VIn.. Tell them you need it for insurance of something.. if they cant give you a Vin then don't trust an ETA
