Been lurking for months. Time to get the annoying reminder to post off my view. Attempting to buy a Telluride from out of state as all Iowa dealers want to charge above MSRP. I am patient and willing to wait for the options and colors I want so here I am....waiting. Need to call the dealership soon to see if order placed yet. Love all the great info on the site. You all are awesome

Hey, I also live in Iowa. I ordered my Telluride from Finnin Kia in Dubuque. Great dealership to work with so far and they are selling at MSRP. My order went into KFOS the day after I reached out to them (no waitlist). Definitely check them out if you are still looking for a dealer. I have been working with Keri.

Have an 07 Fusion. So this will be a major upgrade. I might be waiting a while however as my preferred options seem to be a rare combo on failcat: SXP black copper, nightfall, dune brown.

Saw this vid posted recently on YouTube of a Black Telluride Nightfall. I'm iffy on which color this is, but I'm guessing it could be black/copper? Apparently this guy is a big time fortnite gamer and he has a ton of YT followers (700k+). Nice way to make a living IMO. Definitely a nice way...

Glad to hear that you've had a good experience with Finnin Kia as well. I would be interested to hear how the pickup and purchase process goes when yours arrives!

I finally picked up my SXP Telluride yesterday (after a 7 month wait) at Finnin in Dubuque. My salesperson was Tony, and he was great to deal with. He honored the MSRP price we agreed to back in February. I was pleased there were no surprises. They had us out of there in about 80 minutes total (including chat time,) which was great since we had a 3.5 hour drive home. Tony even came in on his day off since he knew that was our availability. He really knew his stuff when explaining the features, too.
Stephen in finance made it painless- didn’t push anything extra. Gap coverage was offered at $650, but declined. After negotiation, we got the 10 year full warranty at $1750- not quite Muncie’s price, but worth it for me. Overall, I was very happy with our experience (other than the wait, which wasn’t the dealership’s fault.)

Glad to hear there weren't any surprises when you picked up your Telluride! I've been happy with Finnin so far and while I didn't expect any shenanigans, after seeing quite a few stories on this forum, it's nice to know that they won't be one of those dealers that blindsides you at the last minute. Now I can't wait for mine to arrive! Thanks for sharing.
