• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Owning a Telluride in Germany is lovely because it's one of maybe a handful, but repairs take forever and regular service isn't available. Unfortunately, the drivers side rear glass was broken from people cutting the grass around my work place. I waited months for the Kia dealership here in Germany to receive the part. Finally turn the car in for repair and it was done within 24 hours. Little did I know, they did some modifications to my interior panel... Guess they thought I wouldn't ever find out...

WOW! Did you catch this issue before you left the repair shop or after? Have they owned up to doing the damage? Are they planning to fix it?

Unfortunately I had to head back to work cause I picked it up during my lunch break. Quick inspection I didnt see anything. Once I got home I found their dirty work. Drove straight there as fast as I could, but I didn't catch them before they left. I sent an email to Kia Deustchland with those pictures. Hope they dont think I'm lying about it!
