My dealer proactively reached out to let me know my delivery date moved up from 10/21 to 10/16 and my Telluride is in-transit. Let's go baby!

Entered into KFOS on 7/17 and VIN showed up on FC on 9/25 so about 2 months?

I was given a delivery time frame of by Nov.
Text dealer for an update and he stated looks like my delivery date has been moved up to possibly mid Oct.... I am not sure what to make of the vague info. If it’s going to be delivered by mid Oct, would I have a VIN by now? I am not sure how these time frames work.

I’m not sure of your specific situation with regards to your order but you can see my timeline in my signature as well as some others. Quite a few of us with mid-October deliveries are receiving VINs now. Have you asked your dealer if you have a VIN?

I have asked and was told not yet.
Dates I have ....
July 20 order was acknowledged ( whatever that means)
Aug 26-tentative ETA of the end of October
Sept 23- possibly Mid Oct

That is all I have for info.... see why I am confused?

Not sure when it was accepted by Kia, but it popped up on Failcat on 9/10.
Dealer told me ETA was going to be 10/12.
Dealer called today to let me know it came in today.
Hopefully picking up next week.
