If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Order to delivery time

So..........the Trooper has landed!🙂🙂🙂
Attaching a few pics. Only driven a few miles on a couple of errands. But first impressions are awesome. Really solid and quiet on the highway. My wife is extremely happy as it’s her ride. We feel incredibly fortunate to have it in the garage. Thanks again to everyone on the forum and extra shoutouts to Stephen and DruKe!

The pickup at Huffines Corinth was smooth. all pricing was exactly as agreed at time of order which was at MSRP. No silly add ons or surprise fees. highly recommend them. Somebody was picking up a WG nightfall there this morning. If this was gonna be my car, that’s the color for me.

Also, I had to take the wheel locks off as they looked odd since all the other lugs are blacked out.
beautiful!!

Thanks...finally crossed over to the other side, and it feels good! Ha ha!
Traitor. Lol. I am about to join you in 3 weeks or sooner. Hopefully 😎

I believe it really depends on how far out the ETA is. Mine was 70 days from KFOS to VIN and a month before my eta
Thanks. I try not to bug my dealer too much. I did learn it got into KFOS in late September. I'll have to reach to him to get an initial ETA.

If it's entered in KFOS they should have an ETA for you

Did you get an ETA when they ordered your Telluride? Supposedly my order is being entered today as its the day my dealer's allocation opens. Wondering if you get an ETA when its entered or only when a VIN is generated.

Does anyone have any idea on order to delivery time for an S trim? I'm only seeing SXP and EX. What about a lowly S? Haha

I think I may be crazy or my dealer is just blowing smoke up my 🍑😂. I ordered mine in January and they are telling me it will be November. They’re telling me it’s the interior but 🤔🤷‍♀️. Are they really that far behind? I ordered the SXP in Ebony Black with a grey interior.

Thanks in advance for any input 😁🤞🙏

@StephenCantrelle Anyway you could please look up VIN #5XYP5DHCXMG108597 for me again? It won't show my name as I took the reservation over from someone else. I was given numerous ETAs but most current one is 10/6, with not much direction otherwise. I appreciate it!!

Reach out to dealer... showing in Dealer Stock

every dealership is different for wait times. Anywhere from 1 month to 1 year
Ive posted this elsewhere in another thread, but to your question, does it make a difference if a dealership is ordering my vehicle through their allocation or a general order? I have heard conflicting information. Our dealership said his allocation opens today (we signed Saturday) and he is placing our order through his allocation so we can expect 2-3 months. Wondering if he was fibbing or if this is legit given what he said.

He also locked in our trade at an astounding amount via contract, so my gut is telling me he is not blowing smoke, because no one would write a contract on a trade-in when the new vehicle was 6 months out.

Appreciate your help.

Can someone explain something for me? The manager at the dealership I ordered from said he submitted my order as a dealer request but can still change the color if I would like. He said that there are 15 orders still in dealer request status on the same car as mine but only four package 45. Mine is a package 45. My question is what is a package 45? And does this mean that technically only 4 orders are in front of me or is it all 15?

Package group 45 is NIghtfall Prestige Package with Tow Package.. Just because he has 4 in group 45 does not mean you are number 4 in line.. If 15 SX AWD's are infront of you then you are number 16... if 3 orders are S models and 4 are EX than that changes things.. those do not effect your wait time in queue..

Ask him specifically how many SX "AWD" are in front of you. SX FWD do not matter... than ask him how many SX AWD is he averaging a month with his monthly allocation. From there its simple math to how long till you get moved from kdealer(Dealer request system) to KFOS(Kia Forward Ordering System)..

Once entered in KFOS your order will get "filled" by Kia and you will get your initial ETA to dealership.(KFOS opens monthly mid month)
There is a chance you get your order "filled" in Kdealer(currently where your order is in queue) through a weekly allocation but chances are not that high.

If curious about additional information on KFOS and how it works click this link.

Hasn't nightfall been in its own class of allocations? Or that's what we are assuming since so many nightfall orders have been getting filled so quickly?
