  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Hi! This is Stormi! Found this Forum to be a wealth of info. Have been looking for a new Telluride to replace my 2012 Sorento. Nothing major wrong with her, 220,000 + miles on her with never any major issues but it's time for a new Kia.
We've been looking/shopping for a new Telluride but my husband absolutely will not pay above MSRP for a vehicle. He doesn't even like to pay MSRP!

Anyway, thanks to this forum and members, we found the sub-forum discussing where/what dealers were not trying to gouge us.

New Telluride was ordered on Monday, 05 Oct with the exact options I wanted! We may have to wait a little longer to get it but there's no rush.

The dealership we ordered from is Parson's Kia in Winchester, VA. Our salesman is Mr. Matt Herman. They don't try to charge above MSRP like 95% of the other dealerships are trying to do. If you're looking to buy in the MD, VA area, you should give them a call! And no, we have no affiliation with this dealership.

Looking forward to being a part of this Forum!

Parsons is my dealership and I’ve been referring Matt H here for a few weeks in several threads. However, I’m disappointed in Matt. He texted me a couple Saturdays ago they had the S I wanted coming any day and I’d “get first crack.“ Well an S came up on their site that very day, then disappeared by Sunday morning. Haven’t heard a word from him since. No longer recommend but being the only at MSRP dealer in the area, they’re a good option if you’re looking to order a higher trim. I don’t think these dealers get too excited about ordering if it’s “only” an S wo a bunch of added options. Also, they’re a low allocation dealer, have only sold maybe 40 Tellurides all year. They don’t get many in that aren’t ordered/allocated already. You'll learn that’s the way Kia rolls. So yes, you may be in for a long wait. Good luck!

That's horrible. I'm from Ohio and I dealt with Celebration Kia in Delaware Ohio. I also got my S trim from there. Last i checked they have 24 Tellurides on their website. I dealt with Alexis Betts, and they aren't over MSRP. Another dealership is Ricart Kia in Columbus. I know your in Virginia, but thought I'd pass along

Thanks! I’ve decided to wait until spring but will keep this in mind. I’m actually in the eastern panhandle of WV, just above VA, and OH might be doable if Parsons doesn’t come thru for me when I’m ready.
