• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... OEM All Weather Premium Cargo Mat with 60/40 Seatback Protection

Hello all, I am the "infamous" Ted from Turner KIA. I currently have orders for 17 mats. I have ordered 25 to fulfill those orders plus anyone else who is interested up to the 25. I should have confirmation by the end of day tomorrow. After that it is approximately a week until they arrive. Once I have them in my possession I will contact the people who have reached out to me. The easiest way to get a hold of me is to email me at ted.althouse@turnerautos.com. For what ever reason and if you receive a mailbox full notice, I have received your email. Thank you all for your interest.
Thanks, Ted. Email sent.

Hi Ted, I'm calling Storm the sales rep shortly. Hoping you can hold a spot for me in the list of 25.

Spoke to Ted as well yesterday. Super nice guy and was tallying orders for the 2nd round. Got 10th in line.

Hello all, I walked in this morning to some sad news. Canada cannot ship at this time due to no availability. I've been told they are in transit from Korea but I do not have an ETA at this time. When I have better information I will post and until that time please be patient.
Thanks in advance!
Ted:
Canada can not supply at this time due to limited stock.
I requested an ETA and will advise when they respond back.

Thank you and Best regards.

Wow! Sounds like we’ve found Kia’s second most popular product 😮

Hello again. I appears the earliest I will see these is after the first of the year. Sad to disappoint. I'll keep in touch with any updates.
Ted:
Canada answered back last night on an ETA please advise back to me at the end of the year.
Depending on demand, possibly mid-December.

Our demand his high and receiving volume is low at this time.

For those too impatient to wait, call Medicine Hat Hyundai parts and speak with Tyler. He may have some in stock. Or, make me a ridiculous offer on mine which are still in the package waiting for the vehicle :)

Thought I’d ask again… If you will post your ZIP Code, I can analyze the distribution cost and subject to the size of the group explore this further. My current plan is to buy some in bulk and then re-distribute to the group.
Not sure if I missed this, but 94606 if not too late! Thanks

Thanks Ted. I did get your email reply, and hope to still remain "waiting" for one if possible.

Related, my OCD has been in overdrive recently.

Doing more looking around than i should ever publocly admit to, i searched for Palisade folding cargo mat (seems like Palisade parts are more widely available, i even found tape on window deflectors) i came across this Canadian company/site TELLURIDE 2020+ PREMIUM CARGO LINER and sent them a request.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed they have them, and that they will ship to US.

Ted is the US dealer that was able to get the liners. If you are willing to get it shipped from CA, there were few that ordered and had it shipped. Post on page 8 has one of the dealer listed.

Received a call from Ted about the mat on 11/13 (Friday), it was shipped out that day and received it 2 days later! Amazing service, I wish my Kia Dealership had service like this. I put it in the car a few hours ago and took some addl photos for others to see. Its not as thick as I was expecting but that is ok. Also the left hand side of the mat that covers the plastic access area is lifted but I'm sure over time it will settle and lay flat. Also for those who don't know the mat is held in place with velcro, I've included photos of some of the areas. I think I may have only missed one. If anyone wants any additional photos let me know and I'd be happy to provide them.

Thanks for posting. I am looking forward to hearing back from Ted once the next shipment gets sorted out.

Some of the best pictures yet! Still surprised Kia hasn’t started selling this in the US.

Man, that's too bad. Yours is definitely defective. I'll gladly provide you a full refund and prepaid return shipping label to me. Hahahaha jk jk.

Looks good. Can't wait to get one, and your post/pics aren't helping. ;)

Just bought our Telluride -- subscribed to the thread -- in the meantime, any suggestions on a cheap cargo holder -- rubber (i.e. non carpet) behind 3rd row cargo holder to bide my time until I'm able to get this? Doesn't need to be custom fit or anything -- just something to keep grass and dirt off the carpet

S9F12-AU102 is the rubber equivalent (similar) to the carpet mat everyone is waiting for.

While I'm waiting to get one, I just cut a piece of cardboard from an old TV box roughly to shape, then lined the edges with duct tape. Really low tech and ugly, but fast and free. It keeps the dirt from hiking gear off the carpet.
