• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... For those still debating between the Telluride and the Palisade, Hyundai Canada has (most of? The multimedia section may be incomplete) the Palisade Owner’s Manual posted! (You can all congratulate me for winning the Internet today. ) I glanced through everything quickly, and here's what I noticed so far...

- The Palisade and Telluride are indeed 99.5% the same vehicle. The manuals are nearly the same, although Kia’s design is more modern.

- Kia's key fob looks cooler.

- The Palisade will have 4-way lumbar support available.

- I did not see any mention of being able to customize the digital gauges outside of the same MID options available on the Telluride. This would be a MAJOR disappointment. I hope I’m wrong on this one.

Overall, I’m not seeing much difference between the Pally and the Telly. I still have to wait for a full Pally spec list and pricing before making a decision, but if those digital gauges are indeed not customizable, I may be going with the Telluride.

Was looking at the Pallisades infotainment manual. Noticed this warning: "If you install an aftermarket HID head lamp, your vehicle's audio and electronic devices may not function properly"

Interesting. Why?

Pretty common with all vehicles. HID ballast produce a lot of RF noise. A lot of cars will suffer problem because of it. You can install a noise canceling devices.

The Kia is slightly larger behind the third row. The Hyundai has a remote start integrated into the key fob, which is something the Kia doesn't offer. An aftermarket fob and a App I believe.
And please, drop the Pally and the Telly. It sounds so childish, or Canadian. Thank you
