• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I went to the Atlanta Auto Show today. I registered for a Telluride Brochure and I got a link to this .pdf in an email.

Looks like a product of KIA University.

p.s. Hyundai had the plum color pre-production prototype there at the show. The person I spoke with would not unlock it for me. She told me production would start in April at the Korean plant. She could not tell me anything about trim levels. Same vague old story about "Summer Availability". I guess we will have to wait for them to go up on the Hyundai Media site.

What is Kia University?

Assume it's Kia's "branded" training arm. Sales and Tech

Agreed, thanks for sharing. So many sales people need this doc, and training, but unfortunately are more concerned with just selling you everything and anything and would rather make maximum profits off every sale and be super shady in the meantime. No wonder car sales has such a bad wrap, and as much as many try to say they are not that type of salesman, the majority I encounter surely are. Ok, end rant.
