The rear cup holder in the rear bench seating is stuck down. I took it to the dealership and they seem lost and confused. They "fixed" it but by the time I got home from the dealership and tried it myself it was stuck again. They didn't have another Telluride to compare it to and said they would have to wait for one to come in so that they could test another one to see how it moves up and down. They also said that they might have to order a new seat altogether. I can't be the only person with this issue... It's very frustrating because I can't put the second row down since it's locked down to the seat and won't go back inside the resting position.

Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum.
