I ordered February 7, 2022 from Fort Bend Kia. SX X-Line, White with Terracotta. Still waiting. I was told 3 weeks ago that I was #1 in line for X-line but I have seen several X-Lines come through failcat to that dealer over the last several weeks but still nothing that matches my order. Is there something wrong?

It takes a while for vehicles to show on failcat. So you are seeing vehicles that were ordered/allocated probably 30+ days before they show in failcat. You should contact your dealer and see if you order was picked up during the last KFOS window last week or with the dealer match that is happening this weekend. If you were #1 - you should be picked up by this Monday and have an ETA.
What is dealer match? thank you, I will call them tomorrow or Monday and check again.

It’s a dealer allocation where they match customers requests against cars that Kia decides they are building. Dealers do compete against other dealers in their region. Benefit of this is that delivery is usually between 2-6 weeks. But sometimes you may get options you didn’t want if there is a match on your trim and colors.

So if it gets picked up in KFOS the delivery time is greater than 6 weeks from when KFOS picks it up?

Yes - KFOS is typically an 8-12 week delivery depending on trim.

Exciting news! I was just informed that my order was picked up but the ETA is not until 2/15/23. My 4-6 month wait is looking closer to 9 months. At least I now have an order.
Not sure if anyone cares but Kia Demontrond in Houston has two S's that they will sell at MSRP because they've been sitting on the lot for a few weeks. I thought about getting one and trading in my F150 but the S is missing a few options that I need. One is the auto lift gate and the other is the 110 volt household plug.

I was thinking the exact same thing early this month when Failcat was returning zero results for days and then some time last week I checked and it was over 900 new VINS when typically it is less than 200 a day. I got a call this recent Saturday that my car was coming! I checked Failcat that day and found over 1300 new VINS were added in the last 24 hours.
I ordered the SX-P in Midnight Lake Blue with the Blue/Gray interior. I had requested the Self-Leveling Rear Suspension Package but was told by sells rep at Kia dealership that I am buying from that Kia has not made 2023's with this option because they are working out issues. Does anybody know more about this?

.Congrats, looks very nice! Self-Leveling Rear Suspension is part of the Xline and Xpro trim so plenty being built. Yeah, as a standalone option, Kia my prioritize those trims so perhaps that's why there is a delay.

That blue interior is awesome!
Do the 2023 front plate mounts screw right into the bumper? or are they screwless? I'm not sure if mine will be coming with one.

What a ride... Got an email the first week in Nov saying our order would be here by Christmas, only to have the dealer email 3 hours later saying it was mistake and we were next in line for the that model/specs/etc.
Fast forward to Dec 9, he emailed again and said our order will be here in week 3 of Jan 2023 and would send us a window sticker by end of Dec.
I have been monitoring Failcat and so far they only have one model that fit our order but it was from late Oct. I am assuming Kia tells the dealer an expected ETA and Failcat does not post info until VIN/window stickers are generated right?
Fast forward to Dec 9, he emailed again and said our order will be here in week 3 of Jan 2023 and would send us a window sticker by end of Dec.

I should be thrilled I guess but after ordered in March 2022 and having the '22 cancelled it lost some thrill.
Better next in line than not knowing.
