Awesome news today from my dealer! I have a confirmed order from Kia with an ETA of 2/20!!!! I'm so excited!!!
I just went to the Kia Telluride Builder for my trim and it appears the base price went up $200.
I did find weep hole plugs. I removed them for a bit as a precaution. Can anyone comment on (and add to or eliminate my paranoia) if this is sufficient to let out any extra water of if I need to remove the interior tailgate panel?Just got my Telluride today and poked a hole in the foil covers in an attempt to screw in temporary plates before I realized I had the wrong screws. Then I dropped it off at the detailer. I have some new car paranoia, am I gonna get water trapped in the tail gate through the punched foil sticker or does the tail gate have weep holes?
Congratulations! You ordered yours the same day I ordered mine and mine has yet to be picked up :-( Here's hopingOur Telly hit Failcat on Jan 6, ETA was Feb 7, now Jan 28. So ready.
It has been a bit slower than I hoped considering we were either #2 or #3 for this model at our dealer. Hope yours's comes in soon!Congratulations! You ordered yours the same day I ordered mine and mine has yet to be picked up :-( Here's hoping![]()
Purchased a 23 sx pro for just under 52 (msrp)On Failcat, the only XP model listed in the search function is XP-SX-P. There isn't an XP-SX listing so it must not exist.
When I said the above statement, the SX-XP wasn't listed as an option on Failcat. It is now an option.Purchased a 23 sx pro for just under 52 (msrp)

Another brother from a different mother. Maybe I'll cruise over and visit someday. I'll probably have to leave Telly at home though.Ordered EX on 10/26/22; took delivery on 12/31/22. Could you ask your dealer or subcontractor to give you a list of all the parts that they use for the job? I certainly can use that itemized list.First post - thanks for all the great info here. I randomly decided to check in with my dealer tonight, thinking it was way too early. He said they’re expecting delivery 2/11/23! I’m holding it loosely, but still so excited there’s a date. I don’t see it on Failcat yet, but I assume that will come.
What I came here to share was about the tow hitch discussion. He confirmed the 2023s are not coming with a tow hitch, but said the dealership is contracting with a company to install them after market - both the hitch and the wire harness - and said he’d get me a quote. That was the first I’d heard of a dealership doing that, so thought I’d share. Hopefully more will start doing it. I’m in Colorado - just west of Denver. If you’re interested, I’ll let you know how much the quote is when I get it.
Wow, what trim and color?I ordered in December 2021 and have yet to get the Kia from Hendrick Kia in Cary, NC. But we are up to like 15th on the list.13 months and counting...
