• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... 2023 Kia Telluride Discussion

4 new '23 Tellys -- all white. Would have to be something like you said.

Same here. I asked where I was in line and dealership seemed to dodge the question, just gave me some general answer about wait time etc. Part of me thinks this may be a red flag because I may be so far back in line that if they told me, they'd be afraid I'd walk away. On the other hand, from what I could find out through the forum and failcat, their wait time seems to be right around 6 months. Ordered March 3rd and really hope I get a '22 still.
That’s frustrating! I don’t understand why they try to hold off on giving customers an idea on where they are in line. The previous dealership I ordered through (who isn’t taking orders anymore unfortunately) gave me updates here and there as to where I was in line, but I was fully aware that it didn’t guarante when my telluride would get allocated but it sure made waiting easier when you knew you were moving up in line. My previous one got totaled that I just got in September so I was willing to wait again since it’s such an awesome vehicle but it’s frustrating to be told 4-6 months from this dealer and then at 4 months when I call for an update, now it will be another 8-12 months? And to claim they couldn’t tell me my place in line but other people on this forum who ordered at the same dealership know their spot in line? Had they told me from the beginning I was looking at 12-16 months, I wouldn’t have ordered given that I’m out a vehicle right now. 4-6 is a huge difference from 12-16. Overall just frustrating!

What dealership did you go through? I had to order out of state the 2nd time around because no one in my state would order one because of the year long wait due to so many orders.

My dealer refuses to even respond to that question but i know they know becuase when i placed the order they let out how many orders they had waiting so i dont understand why he wont answer it

Hmm I may be changing my car color from black to white when they finally release full specs! Do those wheels look black or silver!?!

From the image of the new wheels, it doesn't look like there is a silver config. Either black, dark grey, or Oreo.

Ahhh I see, thanks. I couldn’t really tell from the pictures I saw! But this is a good thing IMO!

Sounds very skeptical - going to take a lot more rep input, saying roughly the same thing, before it becomes "fact".

Sorry to hear about your odyssey, that is terrible. So you're still sticking with them? Did you contact their GM? I just had an episode with a cracked windshield on my Honda that occurred for no reason 3 weeks after purchase. They were stringing me along for over 2 months, maybe hoping that I would just go away. Sent an email to the GM and 1 hour later I got a call to schedule the replacement. The Telluride I ordered from Jim Butler Kia, Chesterfield MO.

I am currently in queue for a 2022 waiting to be picked up from the St. Cloud, MN dealership. A few weeks back I was number 18 in line for SX (green moss exterior, no premium package or nightfall) trim and they get 4-6 orders allocated every three weeks, so hoping to be picked up by July.

I am like most here where I prefer the new interior and would love to keep the moss exterior without the chunky odd grey front end. I think having the 4 way lumbar support, passenger lumbar + the new tech features would be great, but do not know if it trumps the odd looking exterior front chin strap. Oh what to do…

Anyone know if boss moss will be an available color on the 23? I think if so I might delay…

Thoughts from the members!?
Wonder if that GRAY piece across the front is to protect the problem with the Radiator being damaged by rocks?

Yeah not liking how the 2023 looks so far. Some good interior updates though. I am fine with my 2021. For the 2023 to look more appealing I would change the wheels and paint few exterior pieces. Let’s wait and see if anything really changes once they start arriving at the dealership.
If not the TELLURIDE, what!!!

That’s my guess. 18 rectangular openings down to 13. But also that gray bar is a little higher maybe in line with the frame because there is a small square cover hiding a recovery point on the 2023. In the rear I’m guessing the new XPro has a more substantial frame to support an additional towing capacity.

2023 palisade outside design came toward telluride with the boxier approach. I hate to say it but I like the look of the new palisade over the new telly..
It's definitely a lot closer in the looks department. I think I still slightly lean telluride because I like a sportier look just a tad more. Of course others might lean towards palisade for that more refined look. Palisade '23 grill is a 1000x times better looking than it's predecessors. It has the body colored wheel trims on the calligraphy that makes it look really nice. Palisade has better driver's seat and passenger amenities.

I think I prefer the 2022 Palisade to its successor. The 2023 looks a bit too much like this:

The upper left dark greys look cool. I bet you that SX XLine/XPro model only. Hate how Kia doesn’t let people customize options a la carte.

The upper left would probably look killer with Gravity Gray.
